Quick answers.

The minimum booking is 2 hours. We offer hourly rates starting at $65/hr, plus half-day and full-day packages.
Yes — free parking on-site in our gated parking area right next to the studio entrance. There's also street parking on NW 22nd Street.
Absolutely. Bring your own cameras, lenses, and accessories. Studio gear is included but you're free to supplement with your own.
Yes — up to 80 guests. Perfect for launches, brand activations, meetups, listening parties, and private events.
We have multiple backdrop options including our signature yellow, white, black, grey, tan, and pink. We also have a full white drape set with couch and rug available.
Treat the space with respect, leave it as you found it, and notify us about large sets. No smoking inside. A cleaning fee may apply for large-scale productions.

Built by Trsh Mag.

The Dump MIA was born from a simple idea: Miami deserved a creative space that felt as vibrant, raw, and authentic as the city itself. So we built it.

As the studio behind Trsh Mag — one of Miami's most culturally connected creative publications — we understood what creators actually needed. Not a sterile white box. A playground.
